For this website, Arise Media IT Consultancy Ltd decides why and how contact-form information is used. For SecureStreamHub, Arise Media IT Consultancy Ltd acts as a processor: each organisation that connects its own Facebook Page decides why and how its messages are used, and we handle those messages only on that organisation's behalf and instructions. The privacy notice of the organisation whose Page you message applies to that conversation.
Information collected through this website
When you use the contact form, we collect the name and email address you provide, your message, and your company or organization name if you choose to provide it. Contact submissions are stored so the team can review and respond to them.
Information collected through Facebook Pages (SecureStreamHub)
When an organisation connects its Facebook Page to SecureStreamHub, we receive from Meta the messages that people send to that Page, the Page-scoped ID that Meta assigns to the sender, the time of each message, and the replies sent from the Page. If the organisation's staff reply through SecureStreamHub, we also record which staff member replied. We do not receive your Facebook password, your friends list or your personal profile. We receive your name or profile picture only if Meta supplies it for the conversation.
How we use information
We use contact-form details to respond to enquiries, provide requested information, and operate and protect the website. We use Facebook Page messages only to show them to the connected organisation's authorised staff and to deliver their replies. We never sell information. We do not use Facebook Page messages for advertising, and we do not use them to train AI models or as samples of any kind. We do not share them with anyone other than the connected organisation and the hosting provider that runs SecureStreamHub for us.
Storage, access, and retention
Contact submissions are stored in the website's administrative system and are accessible to authorized administrators. Facebook Page messages are stored only in the database of the SecureStreamHub Matrix messaging server, which is hosted on Railway. They are not copied into this website's database. Only the authorised staff of the organisation that owns the Page can read them. After SecureStreamHub launches, staff of Arise Media IT Consultancy Ltd will not have access to message content. We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the enquiry, the connected organisation's instructions, legitimate business operations, or applicable legal requirements. When a deletion request is accepted, or when an organisation disconnects its Page, the information is held for 30 days so that it can be recovered if this was done in error, and is then permanently deleted. You may request deletion using the instructions on our Data Deletion page.
Meta and encrypted messaging channels
Messages sent through Facebook Messenger are also handled by Meta under Meta's own terms and policies. End-to-end encryption applies only after a conversation moves to a supported SimpleX or Session channel, and that channel's own terms and policies apply there. No security or anonymity claim is made for the initial Facebook contact.
